Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. The service and its scope
Darsak gives teachers a private space to manage content and students, with students accessing their spaces through one app. A Darsak space does not mean a separately developed teacher-branded app or ownership of the platform infrastructure.
2. Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for protecting account access. Do not share passwords or verification codes, or use another person’s account without permission. If you notice unfamiliar access, use the available support channel and secure your sign-in method.
3. Activation and pricing
The current model charges EGP 1,000 once for setup and activation, followed by EGP 12 per active student per month. It has no fixed monthly subscription or tiered plans. Review the order summary and displayed charges before payment.
4. Active-student calculation
An active student completes three or more educational activities during the month. Billing is based on activity records, not simply appearing on an enrolment list. When querying a bill, identify the relevant account and billing month so it can be reviewed.
5. Content rights and teacher responsibilities
Teachers must hold the necessary rights or permissions for uploaded videos, files, questions and images. They remain responsible for accuracy, lawful use and delivery to students. Uploading does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to Darsak; operating the service involves making content available to authorized users.
6. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the service for lawful learning and teaching. Do not post unlawful content, impersonate others, redistribute content without rights, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Access to lessons does not grant permission to resell or share them beyond the authorized scope.
7. Protection and availability
Protection tools aim to reduce unauthorized access within the system’s actual capabilities, not to prevent every copy or leak. Maintenance, connectivity or third-party services may affect availability. This page does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular educational outcome.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Review the cancellation and refund terms presented in the purchase flow before paying. This page does not make all activation fees non-refundable or set an unapproved refund deadline or process. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected; requests must be assessed under the applicable circumstances and terms.
9. Account restrictions and resolving issues
Violations or payment issues may require account review and proportionate action under applicable terms and law. This page does not set an unapproved grace period or automatic suspension policy. Keep your order or invoice reference and provide a clear description through the available support channel.
10. Privacy and changes
The privacy policy explains account and learning-activity information. The service and terms may evolve, with revisions and dates shown on the relevant pages. Material changes to charges or obligations must be communicated within the contractual relationship without overriding mandatory legal rights.
